Know Your Roots has evolved organically over the years founded in Debbie's enthusiastic sharing and a growing demand for her herbal remedies. Debbie finds deep joy in wandering the land and harvesting all the herbs during their peak. Everything is processed immediately to preserve their magical medicinal qualities and is made in small batches with endless love and intention. Her love and wonder of the natural world and how humans can harness its magic shines through during presentations as well as her products. Debbie co-owns Know Your Roots with her husband Mike.
Sheepy Hollow
Sheepy Hollow is a cottage farm and micro-bakery located in Ithaca that specializes in all things sourdough and wool. We make apothecary goods like our soaps and salves that incorporate foraged botanicals from our woods + pastures. Our flock of pasture raised longwool sheep make luscious wool that makes soft as clouds yarn.
Spiral Path Healing
Raven Sherbo has been a massage therapist for over a decade, specializing in Swedish massage and connective tissue therapy. She trained at FLSM and currently works at the Spa at Gothic Eves.
