Kiely’s Cooking
Kiely's Cooking is an umbrella of services from Comfort Foods home meal delivery to Chef Dan's Private Party catering. Its two owners are Polly and Dan Kiely, who bring a love of food, sustainability, and local pride to everything they do. Dan has been cooking for over 30 years in restaurants, corporate settings and private catering. Polly is a gardener and baker, and wears lots of hats while working, both literally and figuratively. Together, they preserve and pickle, sow and harvest, and love to entertain. Come taste the love.
JoJo Cook
Cooking up foods that reflects her Salvadoran-Puerto Rican heritage and Texas upbringing. Jojo Cook has recently had pop-ups at Press Bay Markets, Liquid State, Hazelnut, and Cedarwood. She is looking forward to sharing her food with those who long a little bit of home and introducing something new to locals.
Silo Food Truck
Silo features homemade recipes made with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and vendors in and around New York State. Known for their award-winning fried chicken, mac & cheese, and other unique chicken ‘accessories’. Silo also serves an array of both vegetarian and vegan dishes, are sure to have something delicious for everyone! Silo strives for consistent, fresh, colorful dishes with an emphasis on delicious. You can also find Silo Food Truck at Liquid State Brewing Company 5 days a week.
