Our focus is primarily on growing unique and tasty gourmet culinary mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms, lions mane, chestnut and Piopinno. We grow over 20 different varieties of mushrooms in a year round-climate controlled facility. We also grow and sell a variety of microgreens. These little nutritional powerhouses offer not only concentrated nutrition, but flavor, color, and crunch to your family meals. With the ability to provide mushrooms and microgreens on a year round basis, and seasonal produce such as mustard greens, collard greens, lettuces, Swiss chard, tomatoes, cucumbers, farm fresh eggs and local honey, we strive to bring nutritional and sustainably grown food from our farm to your table. We utilize,non-gmo, heirloom varieties free of chemicals, herbicides and other harmful products.
